Who is responsible
Linmedio is the controller for personal data collected through this site. We are based in the European Union and process data under the GDPR.
Contact form
If you send an inquiry, we process your name, email, company or title (optional), and message in order to reply and, if you ask us to, to discuss a potential engagement. Email is sent through Resend. We keep inquiry emails in our inbox for as long as needed to handle the request, then delete or archive them according to ordinary business email practice.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics. It does not set advertising cookies. It collects aggregated page-view data to understand how the site is used. We do not sell this data or use it for cross-site advertising.
Hosting and content
The site is hosted by Vercel. Blog content is stored in Sanity. Those providers process data as processors on our behalf, on servers that may be outside the EU, with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email contact@linmedio.com.
No tracking pixels
This site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising tags.
